Birth Preparation Sessions
Prenatal Doula Birth Preparation Sessions are dedicated to education and preparation. They do not include on-call labour support or attendance at birth.
As a Certified Non-Medical Birth Doula and Nutritional Health & Women’s Wellness Coach, I provide evidence-informed education, practical preparation, and personalised support to help you feel confident and well-prepared for pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period.
A Doula is a trained support professional who works alongside your medical care team. While I do not provide medical care, clinical assessments, or medical advice, I play an important role in helping you understand your options, prepare for decision-making, and navigate your journey with clarity and confidence.
More Information about the Birth Prepartion Sessions can be found below.
