Postnatal Sessions
Postnatal Doula Birth Preparation Sessions are dedicated educational, practical and non-medical physical or emotional recovery sessions. They do not include on-call labour support or attendance at birth.
As a Certified Non-Medical Birth Doula and Nutritional Health & Women’s Wellness Coach, I provide evidence-informed education, practical preparation, and personalised support to help you feel confident to navigate your way into motherhood.
A Doula is a trained support professional who works alongside your medical care team. While I do not provide medical care, clinical assessments, or medical advice, I play an important role in helping you understand your options, prepare for decision-making, and navigate your journey with clarity and confidence.

Postnatal sessions are structured, evidence-informed appointments designed to support your recovery, confidence, and adjustment in the early weeks after birth.
